Terrible service, they practically locked my phone and told me to look for another store, I only asked for guidance on my cell phone insurance and a part that was damaged. The person who served me was rude and not trained in customer service.

Today 07/26/2021 at 4:50 pm I went to connect my cell and the desk representative denied this service to me. I stayed on the line for half an hour,when my turns arrived ,he said no . I asked why? And he told me because I dont want .I argued with him asking whats your problem with me ? But he told me that leave the store if not he will call the Police. I have been metro pcs customer for 11 years .I dont know how those kind of People are been hired by owners. I have no words , for me is just one word .........discrimination..
