Nelda is an amazing instructor that has a huge heart for her students. This is a no nonsense studio that gives active feedback on your practice. Experienced practitioners and Novices alike have something to gain by attending.

Nelda is addictive! She guides you into poses you didn't think were possible with a firm yet gentle encouragement. She is very knowledgeable and loves sharing that with everyone. If she were a religion, I would follow her!
