I brought my two speed Conventional reel in to have it spooled with 80 pound braid and a top shot. Trenton took care of me and did a phenomenal job. Trenton knows his stuff and was extremely helpful, thank you buddy.

Customer Service was nonexistent. My wife and I walked in to get her some sunglasses and I noticed the Yeti sign. I didn’t notice any other customers in the store and there were probably 3-4 employees. No one greeted us or offered assistance. I looked at the Yeti chair which was by the counter and the two employees standing four feet from me didn’t say a word. I guess I’ll get my Yeti Chair, Cooler and Tumblers and Maui Jim’s from a store that appreciates their customers.
