Tony, at the UPS store in New Port Richey, FL,
at Chelsea Place, helped me print tax forms from my phone to mail to the IRS. I’m so grateful for all the help they always give me. I’m so grateful to the people there! Feels like a small town when you go in there and see those familiar faces. Thank you Tony!

Usually very nice, helpful, ease-going, younger workers at this store that work with you and help you. Some of those workers have left and some of the new ones are salty, different. If you get Tony helping you, you may want to ask for someone else. He is difficult from the first word spoken.

I frequent many UPS Stores in the Pinellas and Pasco areas. Although I find UPS always to be good, the UPS store in New Port Richey, 1851, stands out. Both Patrick and Sabina are high energy, engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. These two have great synergy and get the job done efficiently while having fun with their customers!
