This is the second time in five years that we have used Parthenon,. Five years ago they did our kitchen island and we absolutely love the job that they did. Two weeks ago we had the matching quartzite counters put in two of our other bathrooms. We were unaware that Parthenon had been sold a couple years ago. Kendra was a pleasure to work with on the sales side, but the installation was terrible. When they removed our old granite countertops, they cut into the drywall a 1/4" above the backsplash for the whole length, even though we had the backsplash extended by a quarter of an inch. It took three coats of spackling and sanding to get rid of that blemish. The counters were not clean and sealed, so we had to do that ourselves. The installers were in such a rush that they didn't even have the sinks set properly underneath the counters, and my wife needed to run out and call them back to fix it before they drove off. We have had several stone countertops installed over the years and we've never had an installation done this poorly.

We love our granite countertops! We’ve had them for a few months now and haven’t had any issues. Everyone was so nice and professional. I’ll be back to upgrade our bathroom counters in next.

My husband and I spent over a month visiting marble and granite yards to find our new counter tops. We were getting very frustrated by the outrageous prices we getting quoted for our small condo. We received a recommendation for Parthenon from a local builder. From the moment we stepped into the showroom until the day of installation, the experience was fantastic. They cut our peninsula without even putting in a seam. It’s so beautiful and their workmanship was fantastic. Installation was great. They showed so much care to our home and protected our floors and entry before bringing in the granite. Also the price was literally half of what everyone else was quoting us. Honest with fair pricing, beautiful work completed as promised. You really can't ask for more. I have used this company twice. The install was a perfect even with very difficult angles. In my whole kitchen there is only one seam and its almost impossible to see it.

My granite was installed and the sealer was bad or non-existent. They won't return my calls, fix the damage or reseal the granite. They don't stand by their work.

Many many years ago Vonn and his brother did a full kitchen install of counters in my home. Since the granite selection is so plentiful and all the stone pieces are beautiful the workmanship is excellent , we decided to have granite installed in all the bathrooms and in an outdoor bar area on our lanai.Today Tony and Antonio came to my home to install the countertop for a new breakfast bar that was built for us. The install crew was very professional extremely polite and very neat. Quality stonework beautiful stone selection.

We got our kitchen counters from Parthenon back in early December 2021. They measured, cut and installed them. The sales process was very pleasant and Marcia was great to communicate with. They were available and willing to answer our questions and I appreciated that they let us just order the counters we wanted from them directly unlike the others counter companies that all required ordering more than just counters and tacked on expensive interior designer fees to design you an entire new kitchen.I'm giving them only 3 stars because their cuts were not accurate. A designer friend of mine recommended them a few months prior and when she saw the counters she told me her company no longer uses them because the quality had gone down hill after the prior owner sold the company in the later part of 2021.To further explain the inaccurate cuts I've attached photos.1. There was a sizable gap between the counter and the wall along one wall. I wondered if this was because the did not use lasers to measure like some other companies. I noticed the gap on install day and the installer said the backsplash would cover it. I pointed out that the backsplash is not that thick and he said the thinset would add extra space and he brushed it off as not big deal. When the company arrived to install our backsplash they said this is not the case, you can't apply extra thinset to make the backsplash "thicker" as it oozes out everywhere and creates a mess. Instead they had to create shims to fill the gap and give the backsplash something to rest on and there is a small section at the back of the counter that isn't counter but is grout instead.2. They hole they drilled for the faucet (they do this onsite after the install) isn't centered over the sink (the bar you see in the sink is the halfway point).3. There is an area where the counter doesn't extend over the cabinet and you see the cabinet sticking out from under the counter. The install team said this is because our cabinet is crooked. I don't doubt the cabinet is crooked but feel the measuring crew should have noted that and made the counter wide enough to extend past it. To me this wasn't really an issue with a crooked cabinet they just didn't cut the top wide enough.I can't recommend this company for these reasons.Services: Kitchen countertop replacement
