I had the worst experience with this company from start to finish. On September 3 I took my car to them for a repair to my door and side mirror. There was very little communication and on September 18 they said it was finished. I went to pick it up at their Spring Hill location and noticed immediately the wavy paint job. I was on way to work so I paid 1000 deductible with the understanding that they would pick it back up next day to redo whole repair. I took it back and got another rental car which they paid for. On the 26th shop was flooded and car was total loss due to hurricane.i finally got in contact with them after numerous tries to get my tag and things out of car on October 17th. While there I spoke to 4 people sitting at table. I asked about them returning my deductible and the rental car they were paying for. They said they were meeting with upper management about deductible and to keep rental car. I received message on Oct 24 from enterprise that they received message from crash champions at 2 pm on 24th that last day of paymet was October 13th 11 days later. Of course I called and was told by manager Tony that it came down from district manager and there was nothing they could do but he was sorry and he left message for district manager to call me which he never did. I had to pay almost 400 dollars for rental car. There was no communication at all unless I kept calling them. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever.

Crash Champions did a great job on the repair of my Challenger. Customer service was curious and communicative. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was the timeliness. It took an extra week to finish everything.

My experience with Crash Champions has been very pleasant. Marsha and Katia made sure I was updated on every step in the process and aware of what was going on. They provided great customer service to me as well! My truck looks brand new! Thank you all.
UPDATE: I did find some balled up masking tape and paper thrown on the bed of my truck, I think they over sanded onto the fender, and the detailing job wasnt all that much of a detail. One of my headlamp access panel fasteners were missing as well. Gonna have to take my truck back. The bumper is uneven with the paneling.
