Very cute items. However we were completely ignored by the woman working. She did not greet us despite walking past us several times. There was ONE other customer in the store who she was helping a little but otherwise she was standing at the desk. I tried on several items and she saw me coming out in them to show my mom, but yet nothing. I found a super cute top that I ended up ordering from another boutique/small business online since we weren't worth the time of day at Fig & Willow.For reference, we were there on 2/8/23.

Edited to add: the owner emailed me after my review a nasty reply. There was zero communication on my order that was never going to ship. None, at all. They did eventually refund the shipping! But truly wish this was a 0 star review due to the nasty response from the owner and lack of communication regarding an order I was able to place and then cancelled a week later with no reasoning as to why!Thoroughly confused. I placed an order, never received it, got a refund, but not for the shipping charge…also 0 communication from the boutique about why my order never shipped.

I probably would have bought 2 great tops but the salespeople were indifferent and NOT HELPFUL- they were All standing around as if I was a bother- today is Black Friday and I was really looking forward to buying some lovely things - I’m sorry that I can’t give a good review- ?

I have been shopping Fig & Willow for several years. They have always been been responsive with my orders, but this last order they went above and beyond. My order was lost and Customer service was prompt and professional from beginning to end to find a resolution. Quality items and exceptional customer service. Thank you

Come here often to shop when I need something to refresh my wardrobe. Staff are always happy and friendly. Brought my mom recently and the woman working was so kind to help her match a bralette she could wear under her dress for more modest coverage.

Tammy and I also shopped here during our stay at One Ocean. Tammy found a real cute pair of jeans and I bought a candle and hair bands while I was waiting on Tammy to try on her jeans. The Cashier saw my Hotel card and told me we get a discount because we were staying there. What a perk! Thank you!

I used to love this boutique, but the last few experiences I’ve had in the store have been far from customer service friendly. The newer staff is very incompetent and does not make any effort to help out, the whole reason I shop small to begin with. I’ve also noticed the quality of items rip and tear much easier now. Finally saw the owner and she was very standoffish and didn’t even say hi to her own customers.

Sorry, but the clothes are poor quality. Purchased a tee shirt and shrunk (washed in cold, dried on low setting)Shrunk to half it’s size. A 30.00 tee shirt should not shrink so badly. :(

Love this boutique! Really great selection of casual, feminine clothes with options to dress up or dress down! My most recent & favorite purchase are my pistola jeans, they fit like a glove and are super cute! The associate Jenny helped me get my perfect fit! :)

Bought a matching set from Fig and Willow and absolutely LOVE IT. I have worn so many times. It fits true to size and it is so comfortable but also so cute to wear out. Will definitely shop here again!
