I had a very poor experience with this moving company. I hired three guys to move from my apartment to another one bedroom apartment 2 miles away. The guys took over three hours to load the truck. They continued to take long breaks and I had to tell them to keep working several times. I drove to the new apartment, after they had finished loading the truck, and it took them 45 minutes to show up. And they wanted to charge me for all of their breaks and delayed arrival. My friend and I worked continually- carrying boxes and moving things, while they were taking breaks. Gary worked hard- but it was a one man show! Joe tried to tack on additional fees ( transportation, shrink wrap, tape). He said I owed $1500! That is absurd for moving a one bedroom apartment! They broke my TV- as well! I do NOT recommend using this company. It’s a lazy scam!

If I could leave zero stars, that would be better. My friend hired these movers and not only were they late, but they took breaks every 30 minutes while her and her friend were working their tails off. They sucked!

This is the best moving company that I have ever seen or have dealt with in Jacksonville Florida! I highly recommend them! The price the quality of service are superb! The crew came in asked simple questions and immediately went to work! They were very polite and very professional! They were also Non-Stop in their work! They took extra care of the fragile items and also went over and above by putting each item into each room that it had belonged and also set up the beds and dressers and TV stands etc in each room. If you are looking for a phenomenal and very professional moving company I suggest you hire this one. I will be moving again in 4 years hopefully this company is still in business! Great job guys!

Locally owned and easy to work with. They have a big room full of clean used boxes for only $1 each! Used boxes save a lot of money.

Chris, Cortez, and Mike were the movers assisting with our move in Orange Park. They’re extremely hardworking and efficient. They even gave me some pointers on how to pack more efficiently, which I found very helpful. I truly appreciate and thank them very much. They did a fantastic job!!! Highly recommend.

Although I truly enjoyed the actual movers who helped me both times when I used this company, I am very disappointed in how things ended off with Day or Night Moves and will be certain to never use their services again.I used this company two separate times when I moved both last year and just recently last week when I moved into my new house. I had the same group of movers both times and had absolutely no problem with them at all. They were always very professional, very friendly, and got the job done quick with no issues.What I do have a problem with is the charge I received on my credit card after they left. My signed receipt showed an amount due of just over $800 after my initial deposit. The next day I saw a charge on my credit card for over $1000. I received no notice of why this happened. I called Monday morning with no response. Left a voicemail yet no one called me back. I called again the next day to see why this was the case. Apparently on their way back to the warehouse, the movers got stuck in traffic for a few hours because of a bad accident that occurred on the highway. The company decided (without my notice) to "split" the cost with me and only charge me half of the delay. I never received a phone call, text, or email from them before they charged my card so I was at least aware of what would be coming.I have never known a company to do something like this after the fact after we already had a signed bill showing what I was responsible for. I didn't know that I am responsible for any traffic your employees may end up in while traveling from job to job. I would steer away from this company just for this reason, as I believe this was handled very, very unprofessionally.

I would walk through the fiery Pits of Hell with a Sofa Couch on my back before I used this Company again. They are Criminals packed in a Moving Box. I will be taking Legal Action. Truely.... you are better off moving yourself in a wheelbarrow with a square tire while walking barefoot over ground glass.
