I was having issues with my S9, really did not know what was causing the problem, a service tech at Verizon thought it was a screen issue and recommended this service. They advised the screen digitizer was bad, they had one in stock and could repair might take 1 1/2 hours $250. Great considering when I inquired at Verizon a new phone started at $700. Phone works great...I really wasn't interested in a new phone. Great service

HUNTER IS THE GOAT!!!!! I brought in an item that I was struggling to unscrew which requires a precision screwdriver. His co-worker stated," HUNTER, IT'S YOUR TIME" and Hunter grabbed his screwdriver and did it in 10 seconds. He humbly declined my $5 tip and told me to enjoy my day. Absolute lad.
