I wanted to buy period pads but they were really limited in options. Honestly there's a lot of things (other than over the counter drugs, cosmetics and shampoo) which you'd be better off going to Walmart for. The options are pretty limited.

To quote Jerry Seinfeld "You know how to take a reservation. You don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation!" I made an appointment to get a shingles vaccination for 11 AM. I arrived early to check in. I was asked to take a seat. 40 minutes later nothing. I waited in line again to speak to someone at the counter and asked if I would be getting my vaccination anytime soon. She shrugged. I asked if I should wait. She shrugged again. I left. Seriously? To requote Seinfeld "I don't think you know what it means to take a reservation!" AVOID AVOID AVOID this place!!!!

Super disappointed that the person working and checking out customers in photo wasn't wearing a mask. It's a pharmacy so, they should have higher standards. I'll be shopping at CVS going forward.

It is clean and the cashier was friendly, but the lady in the photo department did not know how long it would take for photos to be scanned and uploaded.

This pharmacy has been my favorite pharmacy for years. I noticed a change over the last year. I noticed they are out of my husbands and my medications. This last time was it for me. I called and drove around for a medication for my husband an entire afternoonAt one point I had a message that this medication was at a pharmacy 15 miles from my home. I got there and they said it was a mistake that it was my regular pharmacy. I went to my normal pharmacy, found out it was filled and waiting for me to pick it up at Airport and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Today I went to pick up one of my medications. I had a refill for another Med. I got to the pharmacy, this was my mistake, I had a refill for July 25. I went home and got the proper script, went back to the pharmacy they told me it was a day early. It was the date as the first script just a different month, why didn't they tell me the script could only be filled on the 25th??? They never gave me the medication that they had ready for me. I will never go back to that pharmacy ever again.

It's a drug store that has many different items! we went in for conditioner and ended up with that plus takis and cheese popcorn (skinny pop)! of course check the specials because i'd you buy two it's a better deal! I did observe a customer who was having difficulty putting his phone number in the kiosk to get his points-I was wondering why the cashier wasn't offering to do it for him so I offered! By the. he said he was just having. difficulty remembering his number. I felt so bad- but he did remember it and he did get the points! We chatted about the holidays and the cashier asked him if he was ready for the holidays- he said no. She said that's no good! and then he was so funny- he said- I haven't been ready since he was 12! He was spot on! So happy holidays one and -all!

The service here (in photos and in check out) is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced. I waited in line to check out for a good 10 minutes and couldn't find an employee for help. While actually ringing me up, he moved slower than a turtle and asked me at least 4 times if I wanted to open a rewards card. Dude, please take no for an answer the first time. I was nearly late for a dinner reservation because of the slow service. My recommendation to this location would be to better staff the store and provide better training.

You really can't say anything negative about Walgreens. On vacation and forgot your medication? They've got you. Need anything from sunscreen to pool toys to bathing suits? Ditto. We're here in Naples for a week - twenty of us - and nearly every family forgot *something. One quick trip to Walgreens and I found everything. Birthday cards. Q-tips. Beach hat. Swim diapers. Bandaids. Check! This store is laid out similar to my home store except for the fabulously varied sunscreen and pool accoutrements you can only find in a coastal state. You can even pick up grocery basics without a trip to a supermarket. That gets a big thumbs up from me.

Stopped in to buy some tea and medicine for my cold. It was evening time on a Sunday night and the place was empty but everything neatly stacked on the shelves, easy to find, and the staff there was friendly and helpful. Got in and out very quickly and was very satisfied.
