I’m so happy with the costumer service at this branch.I’m here in USA for few months and went to open a bank account and my Banker Denisa Baha was very helpful , very knowledgeable very patient and made me feel so comfortable while she explained every step when opening the account.I definitely will go back to her and I wished every banker was like her.Denisa Thank you . You are the best .

SCAMMERS WELCOME!!! Never have I had a bank make funds available to me with out 1st verifying and confirming that the funds were indeed available. They must be in cahouts with the scammers themsleves because they make it waaay too easy for "their clients" to be victimized.

My mom have all of her accounts with Fifth third bank. She always use this location the most and I have to say the worst experience ever. They gave her a fake $100 bill and they put her deposit in the wrong account.

I have all of my accounts with 5th 3rd bank. I use this location the most and have to say I always have to wait in the drive thru. Last week I pulled up to make my deposit and could see that there was only one teller handling not all of the inside traffic but all of the drive thru lanes as well. It took way too long. If you go inside, you will see a lot of personal bankers sitting around in their offices not doing anything. Maybe they could get up and help....
