Showcase furniture was great from the very start as soon as we walk in the door. We were asked if we needed help and we told them that we would like to browse. They were polite and gave us the space we needed to walk around and check everything out. Then they dealt with us fairly and even insisted on delivering to ensure the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff.

You guy's are awesome, you took my furniture out to air before bring it to us. Had ask other companies if they would do that and they said no. You helped us a great deal. In the seven years, in The Villages, I have dealt with numerous furniture stores but none have even approached the quality, service and pricing of Showcase Furniture. They were outstanding in every aspect. The delivery men were helpful, caring and offered suggestions on furniture placement. A highly recommended store to do business with.

The people at Showcase Furniture were excellent in helping us find the right chairs. The showroom was full of quality choices. We have purchased from this manufacturer(Best Home Furnishings) before and the workmanship was exceptional.The price was the best and the service. Delivery was right on time as quoted and the men that delivered were great. Worked quickly and very polite.

We purchased furniture for a guest bedroom. The original set had some damage, right out of the packaging. Drivers took photos and said someone would get back to us. They did not. After 7 days, I called and was told they'd look into it and get back to us, they did not. I called again a few days later. This person promised to get back to me shortly. He followed through, and I received replacement furniture 3 days later. I'm pleased that they sent new furniture and did not just offer to send someone to fix it. The drivers were professional and competent in setting up the bedroom set. In the end, it all worked out.
