Worst place to get sod! Had others tell me they had the same experience. They won’t relocate even though they make 400 to drive 15miles so 20-40in gas and they have multiple deliveries at a time. Super lazy drivers even lazier associates.

Be wary. They are a pay in advance company. I wasn't comfortable paying 100% up front when something costs thousands of dollars. I don't pay anyone everything up front before the first worker even appears. Obviously you expect to pay in full for the job but not up front. I don't do business that way.

I've updated my previous and now deleted review since Tommy, one of the managers, went above and beyond to correct the previous issues. Once we spoke he was very kind and concerned about my experience to that point. I can appreciate good customer service. Thank you Tommy.

This was the worst sod I have ever bought and the worst customer service I have ever got need a lot of training on customer service. The sod was very dried out and broken into to many small peace’s. I was told they would call when delivery was on the way( no call) they delivered it out by the street. Will never buy from Lake Gem Sod farm again.

I have purchased sod from this seller in the past but based on the woman that just answered the phone to help me order another 11 pallets of sod I would never buy from this place. Customer service is key. Your people lack this quality.

I’ve ordered from Lake Gem before and this time was just as great. I ordered 5 pallets and they delivered before 8am and gentleman delivering them jumped right in and helped me lay half the first pallet before heading out for his next stop. The grass is perfect maybe 1 or two bad pieces in 5 pallets. Could not be happier
