Lena was absolutely AWESOME in helping be me to consolidate my credit cards. She was so pleasant, the experience was easy and quick! I highly recommend such an easy process after I have been sitting here stressing for months about how I'm going to handle my situation. The credit card companies with 30%APR are ridiculous! Especially when I have goo credit ratings! Thank you Lena and coworkers for such a pleasant experience! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Give this lady a raise! ?

Several people recommended this bank. I gave them a chance and they’re below average. Manager was so quick to boast about “20 years experience” but her team members make absurd mistakes putting the customers address incorrectly in their system.

The online mobile check deposit does not work properly or after 15 times. I just tried to deposit a check at at the ATM but it cant read the check thats all tyoed up clear. All of this makes it difficult for customers. Please fix this.

This location is in the corner of a plaza with private spacious parking. Its slightly busier than what I'm use to but service was sharp, fast, and friendly. Didn't mind banking here. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Drive thru must have more problems than I realized. Asked for 150$ in cash, need ed the remainder to go into my checkings.... I got no cash $150 in my checkings and all the remainder of my cash in my savings. So that's going to take me another transfer fee just to get that fixed and more time to talk to you guys. Thanks for nothing
