Store says 24 hours but store closed Friday night 12:00 o'clock! No attendant to even working at the side window! I guess the now hiring sign on the door is that serious!!!

Terrible. Stopped in to get gas and use the bathroom; the assistant told me to go to Ross. For a gas station right off the freeway they are not customer friendly at all. Left the gas and went to Ross ???

super bad service from some workers today I had a bad experience of pure discrimination and it doesn't seem fair to me that these types of people work in customer service, they should treat their workers better but I feel very upset

They discriminate crazy, especially the old middle eastern man. Very rude staff! Go to any other gas station, if you visit this one, know you’ll be met with poor customer service and owners who don’t value the customer experience.

I was very disrespected by a old man who works overthere because I did not hear him the amount I had to pay he pointed the cashbox saying that I needed glasses in a very disrespecful way. He really needs to learn how to deal with people before he works in customer service. I will never come back again

This business owner is under the impression that he can talk to customers as if we need to be subservient to him. He lacks any ability to properly communicate in a decent manner to those using his ubiquitous service elsewhere in the general area. I went in to get my lottery tickets checked and to BUY additional tickets, which he benefits from, only to get a lecture on proper ticket usage. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I would not go to this business under any circumstance and will discourage others too. By the way selling spoiled milk is not a convenient way of conducting business.

The review is solely because I've send my sibling with a international id to buy me cigarettes. They didn't accept. So I went in with my Florida license and leydin at the cashier register wouldn't accept it. By no means am I never using my dailys reward card and will now opt to my 711 rewards. No matter how far my driving distance is.

Terrible customer service. Nobody said hello to me. A man holding a notebook who was either the manager or owner made me feel very unwelcomed. And the way the clerk asked me what pump I was on was in a very rude tone. Never getting gas or spending one single penny here again.

The customer service agent was very rude. Her name is Gloria. She has absolutely no customer service skills and either need to retrained or fired. She also appears to be racist. That's the impression I got.
