Not going back,I set my item on the counter walked to help a family member didn’t notice the price was scratched off my item, I was almost charged double of the original price,and the person I was with spent good money.So happy I keep my receipts!

Don’t come to this place. The owner only cares about making money. All other locations are more sweeter than the man who runs this place. Just a barbarian. I just left and he was like I’m gonna call the other store because they just care about making a sale while I care about profit. Literally showing he only cares about money and not customer service or retaining customers.

i travel from far just too come this location because THE WOMEN ON THE STAFF IS AMAZING HELPUL and so down too earth but how ever due they sales paper with a great deal of misleading is so unfair and wrong but the on duty management says it comes from corporate get it together or just stop the flyers.

I have been coming here for a while now, and I must say the customer service is always friendly. Brittany was a great help. She helped me find the hair I wanted and greeted me with a smile when I needed assistance. Please always keep humble staff here, and you will always get my coins!

I experienced the cashier yelling at an elderly lady. She was getting free eyelashes with the flyer. The man said she was stealing and get out of his store. I know the lady was embarrassed. I was embarrassed for her that’s not how we treat our elderly I thought she showed him but the flyer he told her where the eyelashes work so I said I put all my stuff back that I was shopping for and I said I would not come back here again, and he told her she was out and call police. What a shame. 1 rating was too much!!!

I normally have very good experiences at this store actually loved this store. But today the lady went in with flyers for free lashes the dark haired guy, which she talks with when she come in there, told she where the free eyelashes were. She got the lashes showed him one lash. He nodded while checking in his products for the store. She proceeded to go out the store the alarm went off come here what are you doing stealing!!!! Are you serious???? Stealing free lashes!!!! Get out my store I'm calling the police for free lashes. Mind you she had flyers. He said 1 no where on the flyer does it say one I had 4 flyers. He said old lady you too old to be stealing! Free lashes. Get real!! I will not shop ever again and I will tell all my friends and their friends. I know alot of people. That is a shame! And he had the nerve to throw the flyers at her!! An elderly woman that does not steal!!! I observed this this morning. Embarrassing the elderly lady for free lashes. She could have been his auntie, sister or even mother! How are you stealing free lashes!! If I could rate this it would be -10. Minus 10 !!!!Terrible discustiing Neverending will I ever come back

If I could've given this store a zero I would've. Never have I seen such disrespect towards a customer. One of the employees was so harsh and was trying to embarrass this elderly lady. They have a promotion that you can receive free lashes, with their coupon. Well I will not advise anyone to bring this flyer in. Because this lady had two flyers and showed it to the employee. He nod his head and showed her where the lashes was. She give him the flyer but he stayed that he don't need it, as she was leaving the store the alarm went off, she can back in show him the lashes and the coupon. Well he started to shout at her calling her a thief and that she was to old to be stealing. Mine you the store had other customers looking in disarray. He even went as far as throwing the flyers back at the elderly lady face, then he shout at her to get out his store, or he will call the police on her. Also told her to never come back into his store again. How can this elderly lady steal something that was free? This is someone mother, sister, grandmother for him to disrespect her like that I will never shop in this store and will never recommend it too anyone. I've posted the flyer below so you can see that it was free and he also took back the lashes from her before he told her to leave his store and never come back.

The young black woman who worked there was extremely helpful, she helped me find something equivalent to what I was looking for. I was able to make my purchase quickly without any extra concerns. Thank you!

They are always really friendly and helpful and more so to little ones. Prices have gone up a bit but they have a good selection of products. Parking can sometimes be hard as it's not a big plaza.
