This is my closest UPS location and I’ve never had a negative experience here. The associates are very professional, helpful, and friendly. The time and care they take for their customers shows. As small business owners, this is where we ship our packages. As locals, this is where I ship gifts and ship returns - Amazon and other stores. Great location!

I am so pleased with the level of service at this UPS store. Over the last week I’ve brought in several pieces of original art to be scanned and prints made. The staff took their time to listen to my requests and they created lovely, true to life prints for me. I highly recommend this store.

It cost $89 to send three boxes. My sister received the first box and by the time it got to her, well over half the contents weren’t in it. What could’ve happened from the time I dropped the boxes off if they were ALL folded and taped, to the time she received it? I’m terrified to see what she actually gets in the second and third box. This is very surprising and disappointing and someone needs to reach out to me to discuss what happened. And it’s questionable that the website to report the incident doesn’t upload.

I'm very impressed with the customer service at this UPS. It takes only a few seconds before you are helped. They are fast, polite and very efficient.

hello, we visited the UPS store today in the store number 4873 in Santa Rosa Beach and we met the most magnificent employees here one is Rebecca Bailey Jazmin what's your name Lisa Rebekah, Nicole oh and I tell you they just really were a blessing so we'd like to thank you so much for being here. Of course there's not very many UPS stores in the area so it basically keeps us from traveling too far around the city to find a UPS store. Thank you so much and have a great Day.
