Disappointing Experience with Lottery Ticket Scanning ServiceRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Review:My recent encounter at @Westar in the 24th with 57 ave. left me utterly disappointed with their service. I visited the store to scan my lottery tickets, expecting a hassle-free experience, but encountered unnecessary frustration instead. The cashier, rather than assisting me promptly, bluntly refused to scan all my tickets and directed me towards the self-service scanner.What baffles me is the lack of logic in her actions. The store wasn't crowded; there was no queue demanding her immediate attention. Despite this, she insisted on redirecting me to the self-service option. This refusal to provide basic assistance not only undermined the convenience I expected but also reflected poorly on the store's customer service standards.Disappointing indeed.
