Omg the incompetence and “it’s not my problem” attitude here is exhausting. Please, for the sake of your own sanity, go somewhere else. Pharmacist clearly hates his job and it is distilled down to the staff.

As a prescriber this has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a pharmacy ever. I attempted 5 different times to call in an urgent prescription for a patient. The first time I was on hold, then someone answered and immediately put me on hold again, then answered again after 5 minutes and said just a sec and put me on hold again, and this basically repeated for the next 15 minutes, when the last person to pick up just decided to hang up instead of putting me on hold again. I then tried calling several more times with the same result. And this is for a prescriber calling! Can’t imagine what poor patients go through… will never prescribe for this location again, and will recommend that patients that request this location try the CVS next door instead.

Unfort, I have to give it at least one star though they deserve -50 stars. THE ABSOULUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I submitted a picture order online, that they call me the next day and say all the heads are cut off....well pictures had different orientations and they could not deal with that. There is no edit process on the app. So I go to the store, and spend a lot of time reedoing the order, one got submitted, and then another 25 pictures later, the computer froze and I lost every thing. Manager says" what do you want me to do about it?" I said, fix it, but that wasn't to be. I had to go back the next day, since I was out of time the first time, spend a lot of time arranging and entering the pictures again, editing each one, and then all the pics are in, but I see no way to finish and submit the order. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE THAT COULD HELP ME! For over 15 minutes, I begged someone to get the manager, the guy from the day before, actually see someone speaking to him at one point that was supposedly getting him for me....he never arrives..I wait, I beg for help. Finally, I see the guy myself and call him to come help me...and he says to me....I HAVE CLOCKED OUT AND AM LEAVING. What? I said please, just help me get this submitted I don't know what to do and neither does anyone else. HE REFUSED...REFUSED...TO COME TAKE A MOMENT AND SHOW ME HOW TO SUBMIT THE ORDER. HE REFUSED! I was livid...smoke coming out of my ears. I've spend now hours trying to do this for Christmas presents. HE REFUSED TO HELP ME. I cannot even fathom such disrespect for a customer as this horrid man acted. After the holidays, I will be reaching out to District offices to file a formal complaint. I see by other reviews here, people are just as disgusted as I about this store. I used to get prescriptions there, but it was a hassle each and every time. I now deal with Publix for scripts and they are the nicest people in the world. I will say, I went to another walgreens after this, still trying to get the pictures I needed for Christmas, and the store manager attended to me through the whole process. Nicest guy ever. He made what I needed happen. I can't appreciate what he did enough....that was the the store on Miller and 67th.Save yourself a lot of aggravation and avoid permanently the walgreens at red bird They are disgustingly horrible.

Had an order ready for 10:20 am I came later at 4:15 my pictures weren't even cut and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes.... Literally ridiculous.... & then while the lady is cutting my pictures she left to help someone else....

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. They lie over the phone about your prescription and when it will be ready and they hang up on you if they cannot give you an answer. I just waited a weak for what they said would be done in 2 days. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE. Go to the CVS across the street.

Don't bother calling this Walgreen's pharmacy department. They put their phones on silent and don't answer the phone at anytime of the day.

They used to keep you on hold for hours via phone but now I guess they repeat "Pharmacy please hold" every 2 minutes because I'm assuming corporate heard the complaints of keeping people on hold for hours.

Walgreens has ZERO Customer Service. This is true of the company in general, and the pharmacy at Bird and 57th is one of the worst. Long lines at the store, and long wait time on the phone. One time I waited over 1 hr , today after waiting for 11 minutes, and being told repeatedly to "please hold" I was hung up on. I was calling because I had a question which could not be answered by the automated system. I called back, only to be told by the human who finally answered that she would be "right back". Nope. Unbelievable. Although I set up my prescriptions for home delivery and I like the automated system, the lack of service when you need it is unacceptable, and I will transfer my prescriptions and those of my husband from Walgreens to a competitor. Clearly Walgreens is not a company which supports their employees or prioritizes their customers.

Apparently it takes an hour just to get one simple flu shot even with an appointment. CVS was ready within seconds after pulling up my medical record. Don’t come here unless you have all the time in the world. HORRIBLE pharmacy.
