Plenty of place for food choices and open late on Sundays, some area can use some customer service skills and they have a real Starbucks on location

Busy area on a Friday evening. Very bizarre clientele, you name it, you see it. It has some cute little boutiques with apparel, some cheap some very expensive. Given it is located in the double tree pricey hotel, you'd expect to see more class but you will feel safe since cops are patrolling everywhere. Downtown Miami ! Yup, you get it ?

Nice shopping mall attached to the Double Tree and Marriott. Dining, shopping, sundry stores.

Caters mainly to tourists and guests in the hotels. It's a bit dated (think 1980s food court) and absolutely outrageously priced. Came for Starbucks. Which smelled like filthy mop water, and the staff (young) was beyond rude.
Reread this.

WARNING: DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS BLATANT SCAM! The parking management at this establishment is shamelessly ripping off unsuspecting customers. Imagine being slapped with a $60 fee for just one hour of parking! Yes, you read that right, SIXTY DOLLARS for the privilege of leaving your car for a mere 60 minutes.
I've been a loyal patron of Bamboo spa for almost a year now, but today's experience left me seething with rage. Without my consent, one of their valets presumptuously parked my car upfront, and to add insult to injury, had the audacity to demand an exorbitant sum of money for this unwanted service. Despite no signage indicating such astronomical charges, this brazen valet had the nerve to assert that I owed them $60.
This isn't just daylight robbery; it's a flagrant betrayal of trust. It's clear that they prey on unsuspecting customers,

Super touristy. Not much happening here to be honest. And everything is more expensive than other places not in this hotel. Not a place that locals have much business being in.

It is the building in which the Double Tree Hotel is located, and in the same building there are residential apartments, and at the bottom there are some restaurants and shops, and from it you can go out to a beautiful yacht marina, and the area next to the building is beautiful and safe, and a 10-minute drive from South Beach.
