Worst customer service ever! I usually go to the branch in coral gables, but the few times I tried this one in little Havana I always have the worst experience. They do not look you in the eye when you walk in or even greet you. They literally behave like any customer service in horrible Cuba. They Do not represent what banking in America should be. And it makes you feel ashamed that their Latinos employees behave this way.

If your reading this its currently august the 23 in 2023 . When I tell you this branch of TD is bottom of the pit pathetic. Thats an understatement. Ill give you two experinces:1). Four months ago I went in to replace my ID. That when I first crossed paths with this pudgy Pillsbury built young woman named Stephanie. If that even is her name she just looks like one. This woman proceeded to interrogate me about MY ACCOUNT. Because my ID doesent match the adress on file and then requested that id resubmit all my paperwork. The funniest part to me is that the clerk who set up the account sat diagonally across from her acting blind as if shes not the one who made my account . They pressured me so much about my identity and funds that I was forced to call my employer in 2023 to verify my identity and funds .2) I stopped to deposit funds yet again and acquire another replacement card then for some odd reason the money i deposited dissapears with no acknowledgements except a recept for a failed deposit for $0.02 cents. But in causal and expected Lil havana TD Bank fashion I was shooed away with no real answers just hopes and promises .If you got this far listen to me do not goto this branch . I hate to see people lose jobs in this time thats closing into a recession but this branch needs a complete overhaul . Because there's no way that bank this big is constantly having terrible service and ATM issues, there's just no way . Im looking forward to putting this bank in my past as should youI love how accurate the star rating about this bank is . Its very accurate .P.S if your reading this while being person of color . I cant stress enough how this branch is not for us this is very a very suedo white hispanic bank . If your aren't a person of color it doesent matter cause this branch will screw you too. Trust me a read the reviews

Worse service ever they don’t know what they are doing told me I couldn’t do business account and went to a different TD bank no problem. They need to get rid Iris and supervisor working there they didn’t want to do there job.

The black security guy stopped me on my way to the cashier. And made me take a ticket from the machine even I told him I need a cashier. 45 min later everyone behind me is getting served. Apparently I should have not taken the ticket. Just walk in !!! ???? what a waste of 1 hour!!!

They are purposefully slow . The only outside atm is usualky out of service and when it is working , they hold up the line by cashing check at the only drive thru atm location. I get they have to be there all day and the company probably doesnt pay them enough , but their speed affects the clients and their schedules not the actual corporation.

EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EL CAJERO ME DIJO "No sé si mi sistema lo aceptará" ANTES DE PROBAR EL SISTEMA!!! Esto fue por un simple adelanto en efectivo de una tarjeta prepaga. Luego fue en el Wisper a su colega y le hizo sentir la tarjeta para ver si era real?!?! El colega le dijo que sí y que debería probar el sistema. Aconsejó que su nombre era "Jas o Yas" muy grosero y puedo decir que sospechó solo por el color de mi piel. HORRIBLE NO LO RECOMIENDO.
