I have been going to this Supercuts location for years. But I’ve noticed that the last couple of times, there has been a problem with my change. I always pay in cash. Last time I was there, I left confused, thinking that I was short changed. Today, the lady short changed me $10. I had already given her a generous tip, then I realized that she only gave me back $14 from a $50 bill. The haircut is $26. When I asked her about it, she gave me the $10 that I was shorted. I just think that if you’re gonna go to this location and pay cash make sure that you get the right change back because this isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location. However, I was satisfied with the cut. I was satisfied with the lady that cut my hair and I am usually happy with the haircut that I get at this location. If not for the money thing, I would give it 5 stars.

Never coming back, DITZA messup my son hair, and when I told her that’s not the hair cut we ask for she when like well it’s too late this all I could do. Horrible never coming back

What a find! The salon is super clean and efficient, and Maria is an excellent stylist and manager. I feel very fortunate to have found a hair salon so close to home that offers reasonable prices and a high quality experience.

Ive been a customer for over a year. I have noticed a decline in service. There is rarely more than 2 barbers working, and the appointment system is a joke. If it's first come first serve great, just say so. i used to enjoy my experience here, but I'll be looking for a smaller independent shop where customer service still matters.Service: Haircut

I am so grateful for my hair stylus Maria at Supercuts/Coconut Grove. I have followed her now from the best hair salons in the heart of the Gables, and so happy she has now relocated at Supercuts Maria is absolutely amazing. I can show her any picture of a look/cut where when she is done my hair comes out better than the picture! She is a true artist, and pays attention to every detail. She is so very kind and gracious, and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you Maria ??
