This lounge was so much fun! My friends and I stopped in just to make a purchase and we ended up staying for 2 hours. Amazing customer service - the owner was so welcoming. He offered us the house special \\u0026 it was so delicious - if you like banana, definitely get the special!

This place is awesome. The vibe is very nice and the entire staff staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Today a man with a beard helped me out and it’s the first time I see him and he gave absolutely great service. Truly a 5/5 star shop.

I arrived 6 minutes before closing on a Friday (August 5th, 2023) and they already had the store locked and inaccessible. I was outside and waiting for the employee to open the door since the whole room was bright, but during the last few minutes, the main lights were turned off, indicating that they didn't care that I was there anyways. If your sign says open until 2 a.m., then please make it so it is. I get it being closed, say 2 minutes before, but it's not like this is a restaurant or food shop that has to be tidied and cleaned for another 30 minutes after closing. All you do is finalize the money count and turn off the lights, so you can at least enforce that the sign says.

I haven't smoked Hookah in 3 months and was craving a good smoke after a family gathering in a area foreign to me. I was out of my neighborhood, and stumbled upon this place and indulged in one of the BEST hookahs I ever smoked. I had the "house blend" made by a kind gentleman named Hassan.Real hookah, and kind staff with light music in the background. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

The new girl on shift tonight is so friendly and helpful! She greets you, asks how you’re doing. She is very well put together, and speaks professionally. I live down the block so I love being able to go to my local smoke shop and be treated in such a respectful and attentive manner. Thanks Sports Tobacco!

Everyone was really nice and attentive, the store was clean and VERY ORGANIZED so I got everything I needed and bounced in less than 10 mins which is surprising cause it felt like I asked a bunch of questions lol. They had a ton of choices in every category. I only came in to try and find a disposable torch and LOVED the one the guy working there recommended. At the end I left with two different papers and a very pretty ashtray !! Totally recommend this shop, I’ve been to a couple smoke shops in Miami and this place made me feel very comfortable. Usually don’t leave reviews but I actually loved this place lmao
