A patient recommended this place after I complemented her nails. I went because I needed someone near my home to do my mani and Pedi every 2 weeks and I will absolutely be back. Roxana G did my nails and they're beautiful. I am in love and scheduled my next appt already. Gracias Roxana!!

Was my first time, its a bit quiet, but the job was done correctly, my nails are very small and brittle and the nice young girl took care of me nicely, i highly recommend this nail salon, i will be coming back, thank you!!

Terrible! Tried Chrome and it was super messy and she did not clean the sides. She also did not spoke any English which the communication was hard. I wish she said she did not know how to use chrome... it was very bad.Service: Nail painting

Got up early for my 8:00 appointment. Got there 5 min early only to be told the manicurist was a NO SHOW!!!!No apologies, no options offered.Total lack of professionalism and work ethics!!!!!

I made an appt a week before for my son’sgraduation. I arrived at 10:50 for an 11:00 appt. No one asked my name. I told them I had an appt. At 11:15 I said I’m next right and they took someone else. I couldn’t believe how disorganized it was. I decided to leave. The owner followed me out and asked me to please come back as there was a miscommunication. I hesitantly did so because I had no where else to go. She said they would do my hands and feet at same time so I could get out fast. The two people assigned were visibly not happy about the situation. The person who did my hands complained in Spanish to the person doing my feet how hard this was for her. Not to mention. I had my whole body twisted to make it more comfortable for her. Within ten minutes the day care center where the mail lady daughter was at called to FaceTime with mom. It lasted over fifteen minutes. I too have kids but I don’t FaceTime with them when I’m with a client. It was very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

I called yesterday to make an appointment and they offered one to do the hair at 8pm. And the nails at 615pm. When I arrived there is no one available to do the hair because the lady that was supposed to do it she just work until 7 . It wasnt my fault that they assigned an appointment without consulting. so. I have an event tomorrow and have to deal with it. Theyd didn't care to advise while i was doing the nail so i couldnt found anyone for tomorrow morning. The lady that did the nail. So nice. But sorry not comming back.Services: Manicure

This place is a rip off! Receptionist is extremely rude and always has been. They wanted to charge me for a service they did not even perform. I made an appointment a week in advance to get my nails done and they were not able to be a bit flexible to accommodate me a bit late, even though I called in advance to let them know. It is a shame because manicurist are good, but their ridiculous policies and rude receptionist make it feel more like an overpriced Miami Beach Restaurant than a nail place… never will I return to this place! Awful customer service… save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.Services: Pedicure

The owner’s lack of appreciation for clients shows among staff. They never answer the phone, are rude to customers wanting to change service because their nail techs are inexperienced and take an HOUR to remove gel and do regular manicure. When I reached out to owner to explain I didn’t have the time to sit for more than an hour for a gel manicure and wanted to switch to regular, she tole me I would still be charged for gel and that $5 difference (gel removal $10) was not a big deal to me while it was for their tech. As if techs work harder for their money than customers do. They can’t keep staff in place and have new inexperienced technicians constantly.Service: Manicure

I’ve been doing my nails at Spatacular since it opened years ago. The 1st few years it was impressive! All the nail techs in their hot pink uniforms & matching kits. All the techs were great! I never even requested anyone in particular because they all had the same technique & equally good. After the pandemic all that changed. They lost 3/4 of the staff & the place is unrecognizable. Some techs dress as if they just got back from the gym & not all are as talented. But the worse is trying to make an appointment. 90% of the time the call goes to voicemail & you can’t leave a message because the box is full. And on top of that, they implemented a policy in which you get charged the full amount if you are 10min late. Since I have been going there, I don’t remember 1 time that I didn’t have to wait for my nail tech because she was behind or in the back chatting & eating . I am unfortunately in search of a new place that appreciates my business!Services: Pedicure

Get ready- I'm going to be thorough. There are pros and cons to coming here- the manicurists are incredible. I recommend asking for Daisy or Yami, they are consistently great with gel manis and absolute cuticle assassins that clean every last bit of unwanted skin from around the nails on both the hands and feet. There's a great variety of colors to choose from. HOWEVER, to get to these angel nail techs you have to get past the front desk ogre, "Bad Vibes Melanie." The woman clearly has issues and she takes them out on the clients.I had been a client here for 5 years. Never missed an appointment, never flaked out. Standing appointment every two weeks that I come to like clockwork. About two years ago, the front desk staff was replaced and in comes Bad Vibes Melanie, who lords over the front of the business with a scowl in silence. I assumed at first maybe she was having a bad day, a bad month, or going through a hard time- but no- her general demeanor is just unpleasant. Two years I've been walking past her with no greeting and ignoring her negativity and poor attitude, assuming that it has nothing to do with me- but instead pitying her and assuming she likely has no joy in her life. She smiled at me once, and I was so shook I even mentioned it to my manicurist.The other day I got a message at 8pm the night before my morning appointment to tell me my nail tech was sick and that they put me with someone else. I didn't care to get my nails done with someone new, because the few times they'd done this to me I hadn't had a good experience (I'll save the story about the manicurist taking an intense and shouty personal call and then proceeding to cry through my mani and cut me twice for another time). When I called to cancel, Bad Vibes Melanie at the front desk informs me that because I'm cancelling I'd have to pay the full amount for the service or all of my standing appointments would be cancelled. I understand the need for a policy regarding cancellations, but there should be an exception if you're not the one who had to cancel or reschedule.I submitted to the blackmail and went in for my manicure with someone new, and the gel has chipped twice in 24 hours. I told Bad Vibes Melanie to cancel all of my future appointments as I walked out because I tried calling Marta the owner to discuss the matter, but she didn't answer or return my calls. If management had any sense, they'd have answered my phone calls because instead they lost a consistent and reliable customer. Beware of Bad Vibes Melanie, the woman doesn't smile, has no interest in helping you, won't make exceptions to rules when the business is actually the one breaking them, and I'd rather go to the trouble of finding a new place to get my nails done and possibly pay a little more than ever walk past her desk again.Services: Pedicure
