Sorry, I don’t have a photo of the boots that I purchased, but Redwing boots always do the job. Customer service was spot on. They really helped me out. Get the right shoes get the right inserts and get me a really good price. I also work for the phone company so I get a great discount as well. Is Red Wings or garbage in my opinion.

There is poor customer service, at least from the person who served me. Instead of serving you with pleasure, they serve you with contempt. That happened to me in the store in Doral.../ the service to the customer is different. from Hialeah Gardens that the attention they gave me was a pleasure.

I bought my second pair of Red Wing boots here. They are worth the investment. Celia went above and beyond, measuring my feet and explaining the different boots. Great experience!

They hired me and because of me talking about that they don't offer any benefits, the owner ( Facundo fraga) as fired me. I had no real reason to be fired, yet he left a employee without a job. I worked hard and followed all the rules and policies to the best of my ability. I gave great customer service, and provided the ability to keep on learning. they have place me in a very big predicament. I'm 40 years old, I have a son that has lost his mother and me and my brother are fighting to give him the best life possible, Red Wing does not know what they have done by letting me go. They have destroyed the way I think, they have also taken away food from my family's mouth. I don't recommend Red wings to nobody.
