I had an excellent experience with Rafael. He was very patient and explained in detail the information I requested. He also helped me tremendously with the rates of our current storage units as well as with the process of obtaining a new unit. This facility is very fortunate to have such a caring and thoughtful person.

Raphael is amazing! He goes above and beyond customer service expectations. I took away one star because the company increased the rent on one of my units by nearly 100%I complained and Raphael made it right with excellent follow up and support. Watch your billing however Raphael is the reason I’m still there.
