BE AWARE FRAUDPorcelanosa is biggest scam and fraud! Avoid this company they selling last garbage, they are liars……Even in IKEA or Home Depot you can buy better quality, dear costumers please compare kitchen at HOUZZ !!! Went to Porcelanosa to buy kitchen, they let me wait over 14 months to delivery garbage, worst quality cheapest pressed tiles! Who need kitchen cabinets without top!?? From beginning installation kitchen parts already broke!

I am putting 1 star because I can't put zero. I work for a interior design firm, and our experience with the costumer service has not been pleasant lately. Our rep. Davict takes forever to get back to us and when he does he is very rude. The product is amazing and quality beyond good, but clearly he is not interested in making a sale.

Jorge Gamboa was extremely helpful, he put several options together without hesitation to help me decide on one or another. I had already visited to other location and other tile shops but no one was as eager to help as Jorge. I can't wait to see my bathroom come to life, this is one of many projects and without a doubt I will come back to Jorge for his guidance and expertise. Thank you again!!
