The service at this location, 3830 sw 8th st, is awful, the woman sitting behind the counter thinks she is the Queen of England, I'm pretty sure she's cuban, she's got an attitude and she's so arrogant, like most of these people, no education, she thinks she's doing us a favor by giving us our order, she has no respect for the customers, when i went to pick up my order she was eating and on her cellphone, I told her in English and in Spanish but she didn't understand it all i got was ahh ahh i told her my name and i got ahh ahh again so finally i told her my phone number and she understood yayyy like me !!! she doesn't care at all for any customer, I don't understand why they hire these kind of people. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Good luck my friends.

si pudiera no dar ni sisquiera una Estrella lo haría, pésimo servicio en atención al cliente, la persona que me atendió primero me hizo un cobro de una orden de 24 con 24 centavos dolar, después me hizo otro de 14 con 38 $ cuando llamo a que me hagan un return porque me cobraron 2 veces , odiosamente la chica de caja me dijo que solo tenía un cobro cuando yo estoy viendo en mi banca en línea 2 cobros. es increíble la pésima atención de este lugar, uno gana su dinero con esfuerzo como para que ellos lo quiten así tan facil y después no dar explicación... más nunca vuelvo a ordenar aquí.

I ordered a supreme pizza that arrived 15 mins late. The pizza was not even fully cooked. The dough was still white and didn't look like it was in the oven for long. The toppings where just thrown everywhere and the pizza box was half open and falling apart when it arrived. I attempted to contact the restaurant so give my feed back and all the lady could say in broken English was "your pizza will be there in 15 mins" mind you the pizza was already in my hand. I will never order Pizza Hut again. From the quality of the pizza to the customer service I give it a negative -10 if I could.
