We were looking for patio furniture for our balcony, and dropped into this shop "just to see". Excellent products and service, and very fair prices for the quality (which surprised us given the location just off Miracle Mile). We bought a Brown Jordan set and are very pleased with it. Recommend.

The owner Raul is a nasty man and the rest of the employees follow in his lead. I recommend shopping somewhere else. Ended up creating an outdoor oasis with the help of the amazing team at Clima.

very rude. and yes i will specify. I called with a question and the lady didn't even listen to what I had to say, cut me off and hung up on me. maybe she was upset she was working on the holidays, but that is not a reason to be rude to anybody. you have to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I have never left a bad review anywhere I was shocked.

Family owned trusted company, Raul, Maria and Celia are amazing as well as all their employees, they have been in business over 25 years and I always go to them with my projects. High end brands and high end service, they will work with you on your layouts, budgets and lead time is very fair. Strongly recommend them

Very helpful staff and very patient. I was there twice with my partner trying to to find a new setting for our new home. Both times the girl and the guy there offered great help and gave good ideas. In the end we bought the Brown Jordan lounge setting and we love it! Thanks guys.

We recently moved to Coconut Grove and wanted furniture for our outdoor pool lounge setting in our garden. Â When we visited the store we were amazed with the selection of both medium and high-end brands. Â We visited the store several times and the staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. Â The store is really a showroom for an even larger selection available on their well organized web site. Â I finally selected the Janus et Cie loungers and chaise.

Patio & Things were excellent ! We purchased a gorgeous and very well-priced bench setting and arranged to collect it later in the week. When we were unable to collect it, they arranged a courier to deliver at a reduced rate. We needed the setting for an event on the weekend, and when the courier had failed to arrive by 5pm on the Friday, I gave Patio & Things a call. We discovered that the courier had been in an accident and was unable to make the delivery. Instead of simply apologizing and arranging delivery the following week, they collected a new setting from the warehouse and delivered it personally to us on Miami Beach - at 8pm on a Friday night! Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! We wouldn't hesitate to shop here again and recommend them to all of our friends. Great products and fantastic service.

Very upscale shop for home goods. Moderately priced and matched pricing i found on line and elsewhere. They have good service and knowledge (salesperson was helpful) and superb collections of outdoor furniture.. We went for the Dedon line. Extremely satisfied.
