Terrible customer service. Clothing is cute, but overpriced for the quality. Any company that will not refund you your money does not stand behind the quality of their product nor care about their customers. When they make a mistake, they refuse to own up to it, even when there is an easy way to prove that they didn’t make the mistake. They charged me for a dress I didn’t want. The attendant said she asked me, and I had confirmed wanting to purchase it. I said that was not true, and because there are cameras behind the register we could easily go through the footage. If she was correct, then I would gladly take the credit instead of a refund. She refused to show me the footage and said she didn’t have to and smirked. I would like to warn people before they shop here,
In response to their response to me, I never said I wanted a matching outfit with my daughter, no 15-year-old wants to match their mother. Also, I was not told twice about the return policy, it is posted in front of the register and actually, the attendant said she would work with me if I ended up, not wanting it since I lived out of town… Again, my intention was never to work with her as I intended to keep the one dress I wanted, just not two of the same dress… Again shows customer service is poor and associates are willing to lie to cover their tracks .

My all-time favorite boutique by far! I buy all my bikinis here- their brand Alila is amazing, and every suit I've bought has lasted me years. I recently bought the Sunset Views maxi dress to wear to a wedding, and I got compliments all night. Their swim, vacation wear, and event wear is unparalleled. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Nikki's Beachhouse is my go-to boutique. Classy and trendy styles that are GOOD QUALITY. So many boutiques sell cheap and low quality clothing. I especially love their swimsuits. So many to choose from and they are beautiful! They also sell really cute jewelry and accessories.

Such a lovely store! The layout of the merchandise made it a nice shopping experience. I really liked the way the clothes was laid out making it easier to put together outfits. The stylist was really sweet helping me find dresses to fit my body type. It's great that this boutique has X-small as I usually have a hard time with sizing. I walked out with the cutest dress, shoes, and handbag. The swimsuits here are such good quality too. Got the whole fit for the weekend. Great shopping at this Miami style women's boutique.

Ive been shopping here for a while and they never disappoint! The employees are super friendly and always ready to help if you need something. The environment is super clean and fresh. I worked for Nikki's for many years, and let me just say how much of a family they are to me. The way they take care of everyone in the store is incredible, you can't find that type of customer service anywhere. They treat both their employees and customers like family, which makes for an amazing shopping experience. The store is always clean, smells amazing, and they have the best inventory that's always on trend. Their bathing suits are always the best quality and never disappoint. You guys are my go-to for everything!
