I really love Miami iron gym, the place is small which is something I very much like about it, makes it feel more cozy. Has many machines to use and they’re usually open. The monthly fee is a bit expensive but I guess that’s what gives it the serious and private feeling because nobody’s going to pay that much and not show up to workout. All serious kind people here.

Amazing people there. Helpful and nice staff. People go there to train and do their own thing. Great old school machines. Good price for the day pass. It may seem small but it does the job ! Love how they meal prep there too and drinks.

If you’re serious about your goals, this is hands down the best gym in Miami. Dungeon vibes - go in - train hard and make gains. Everyone is respectful and there for the right reasons. With this said, I wish they had a sturdy hyper extension machine. Trying to apply progressive overload and add DBs to the one they have is a borderline death trap. R.I.P - died 1 rep shy of failure.

The Gym is ONE OF THE BEST IN MIAMIEvery time I go to workout I’m greeted by Kris.The Owner and Jack and everyone else are The Best!The Management Team and the Cleaning Crew is great as well!It’s pretty sad that someone can write a review based on their emotions and not understand that there’s more to a review than trying to hurt someone,I will never trash this Gym, there’s REAL GYM RATS, and this Gym isn’t for everyone and that’s cool too!But truly LOVE THIS GYM AND THE WHOLE TEAM!

I was on vacation and needed a good gym to train at. I decided to check miami iron gym out. I love the old school style because it reminds me of the same old school style gym back in Toronto. Also love that they turn up the music real loud too!Got myself a trainer by the name of Yuri. She was very good. Showed me the right form, guided me as well as gave me helpful advices needed to progress in bodybuilding. She was also respectful and knowledgeable.I will be in Miami again in the future and will definitely request her as my trainer.I would recommend her 100%Enjoyed my time at Miami Iron Gym!

The gym has great potential to be the most popular gym in the Kendal and area the only problem is that they need to move out of that location, the location is too small too House bodybuilders, teams, personal trainers and normal patrons, even with the “expansion” they are doing I believe that is not going to be enough because the gym’s popularity. This gym should be only for personal training and team for its size, you can barely workout at 6am, I imagine at 4-6 pmOtherwise- Lighting good- Restrooms average- Facility to small for all the clientele- Staff Very helpful, decent costumer service

I love working out with people and the social support that is there. This is a place where you are pushed but not pushed to injury. The instructors are great and so is the atmosphere!

Miami Iron Gym is a fun, friendly and neighborly. The people who are clients also are super welcoming. Everyone is there for a great workout and walks out smiling.
