The worst experience I have had in 13 years as a metropcs customer, I went to this office to be attended to and the customer service provided by a Cuban girl with black hair is sad, it is a lack of respect that one is going to change a phone and This woman tells you that you have to transfer your contacts from one phone to another, that she can't help you, the question is why do they have the phone offices open in this country? If the people who work there are decorating and do not solve the problem, it is a reality that half of the employees who work there do not provide good service at all, and that is why many of the clients leave for other companies such as At&t and Verizon, arriving at this place and seeing two employees and the customer service being terrible gives a lot to think about.
