I have been trying to get my seat repaired here for the last 5 months.
I have called every other day and can't get and update on whether the part has been ordered and the insurance company has been requesting information for months and is still waiting on it.
Something is seriously wrong with this location.

BEWARE. Had to report them to Allstate insurance. In the process now with them to set me up with an alternative shop to see exactly whatever this place did to my car. Got the car back and the check engine light was on, tires were low, now pulls to the left, desperately needs a proper realignment. These people will not care about the car you love.

This place is not recommended. Complete chaos ; 1) not communication without my calling 2) bad work : I had to take back 3) days over six weeks with my car!! For a fender bender. I had to come out of pocket for a rental.
Go somewhere else !

I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Collision Coral Gables. The repair process was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, they damaged the inside right door of my car.
What frustrated me the most was their lack of communication. After damaging my car door, they did some minor repairs, but the work was incomplete. They never answered my phone calls to arrange for the installation of the part they had damaged. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way.
I would not recommend Classic Collision Coral Gables to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility left me very dissatisfied.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a car repair. My vehicle is difficult to get parts for so I knew the repair would take a decent amount of time. I was worried about the car sitting, so gave them a heavy duty car cover to put on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the entire car was scratched to hell, hood, bumper, lights, you name it. They scratched it. They first claim it was done by accident in the wash, then the general manager claimed it was done by stray cats. Cats. The sheer amount of damage points to one conclusion. My luxury sports car was used as a storage bench for parts and tools. In addition, the repair and the overall condition of the car suffered in their "care". Classic collisions takes no responsibility in taking care of your vehicle. Save yourself the headache and insist on going with a different shop. I wish I had.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. I was told multiple times my car would be ready only for the date of completion to be pushed back. Their “car guy” as stated by receptionist is always leaving early or not at the shop. If you have a BMW do not bring it here !! My repair was supposed to take 2 weeks and they’ve had my car for over a month.

I give this place a one star cause I can't give 0. This placed repaired my car. Never placed back the lug nut lock key and now told me that there's nothing they can do to help me. This is ridiculous. Will be filing a complaint with my insurance and state of florida insurance commissioner as well.

Pick up/ drop off were quick and convenient. However, my car insurance and classic collision would tell me different things about what would be done to the car, which was very frustrating. Also, after they fixed the front passenger side of the bumper, now that headlight fogs up from within. Ugh.

Me chocaron en el mes de noviembre del 2022 y aun estoy batallando con el taller para solucionar los problemas ocasionados por el accidente, ellos hacen los arreglos a media y se molestan cuando haces un reclamo.hoy 25 de Enero del 2023 estoy en el taller porque no me han cambiado un sensor de la bolsa de aire que se daño por el accidente.
