Found exactly what I wanted. The staff is so accommodating and Carlos was wonderful.Fast forward!!!! 4 days later, went to the warehouse to pick up order and they realized Carlo Rodriguez, whom I showed a pictures of the outdoor pathway to give him the exact idea. gave me tiles for interiors, not exteriors. Luckily the warehouse caught it, and I was able to exchange tile avoiding a potential nightmare.Got exactly what I needed and got $106 refund. (exterior tiles are cheaper.)

Carlos at the Design Studio has been awesome. He’s knowledgeable; helped with my choices, was super nice & very accommodating.I highly recommend Floor & Decor and will come here 1st for what I’m missing for the rest of my project.
