Genesis helped me with an order this week, to have shipped to Key West. She was an absolute gem and took so much time to make sure I had what I needed. My order arrived quickly, and packed lovingly and thoughtfuly with so many treats and goodies! I was truly blown away. Must better customer service ordering here than on online. I dont have a local store in the keys, so having Genesis ship my order was certainly a treat.
MAC-You have a great employee here, take care to keep her around!

We had the great pleasure of dealing with Alberto today at Mac at Brickell City Center. His level of professionalism and client service was off the charts! He went above and beyond in every way. It was evident that he loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. Thank you for making our shopping experience so pleasant.

Its a smaller-sized Mac store compared to others I've been to, but they have everything you need. I love their brand. The brushes are really nice and last forever. The eyeshadpws are pretty colors and last all day, especially if you use the primer. The eyelash curler is the best I've used.

My daughter was looking to update her makeup, so we headed over to MAC at the Brickell City Centre. It is located on the 2nd floor, so up the escalator we went.Beautifully decorated, as all MAC stores are with many displays and samples. The sales lady was very helpful picking out colors and products that my daughter liked. She bought several products from her. The new look is fantastic!MAC also has a program for its loyalty club members, where you can bring in your old used up MAC products to trade in for a select few brand new products. It's a really good deal!

Stopped into this location last week Thursday evening. Two salespersons were each preoccupied with customer, servicing in Spanish. At one point, one salesperson assisted the other with addressing that one's customer before returning to their own. Not once did either of them at least briefly interrupt their engagement to check to see my need, ask me to please wait or at least acknowledge my presence. Even as I was exiting, neither noticed. I later recalled that this is not my first experience at this outpost since it opened, my third occurrence, however this is the first time I feel compelled to report it. Discriminatory practices at Brickell establishments in general need to be curbed. I shouldn't have to travel to the Miami Beach Alton Road location to receive service (which is always fun, prompt, what you expect) to have English speaking salesperson as an option or just to receive service period. The MAC credo literally starts with "All Races", the Brickell City Centre store if for no other reason must deliver on brand.

Great experience at this intimate store. Perfect to grab your favorites or find something a little more daring. Ask for Albert next time you visit! He helped me replace some old favorites and showed me a few tips on how to use some palettes I had picked up. He'll take great care of you and he has the best product insights due to his long tenure with the company, a great attitude and a million dollar smile!

Bad customer service!!! I ordered lipstick online for pickup. After walking out of the store I realized it was the wrong shade. The store closes at 8pm but they decided to close 10 mins earlier. They refused to open the door for me to get the right color. This was an extreme inconvenience as I have to return back to the store once again.

Great Location Bad Customer Service! Came here to get eye lashes for my birthday and asked if anyone can apply them (it takes like 3 minutes to glue lashes). There were 3 sales associates and 1 customer in the store at the moment. Two of them told me, they will leave in 3 minutes and I should wait for the manager. So 3 minutes later, the manager came and the store was empty with 3 sales people standing and doing nothing, yet no one had 3 minutes to apply eyelashes, including the SA that was supposed to leave. They said you can come back later, as they were busy doing nothing. Bad service comparing to other mac stores.
