Poorest customer service ever experienced.Dropped off a package for international shipment (high sentimental value but roughly $10 merchandise value) and got an “All clear” on its content and on duties dues at receiving in the country.Few days later, the recipient was contacted by someone claiming representing FedEx in the destination country and asking USD $200 for last mile delivery.When contacting FedEx corporate, not a single person was able to provide an explanation of where the package was (I heard very different stories depending on who I was taking to) or to give a breakdown of the $200 costs.Local manager (at this location) on duty initially helped by confirming that something was off and started an investigation before going on leave.A week later and without any updates, called the location again to get some news and talked to another manager on duty who declined any responsibility from FedEx and handed over back to corporate with a very rude and dismissive attitude.Ultimately asked FedEx corporate for a breakdown of the $200 costs that still remains unanswered 2 months later, prompting me to file a dispute with my Credit Card company.As a result, a package which got lost with a high sentimental value and no one at FedEx taking responsibility (starting with the local office) for service paid above the $100 mark.

Worst experience ever with a Fedex location. I received a few days ago through Fedex a bike for my son's birthday. The package was with holes everywhere and the bike was damaged. I did a return process, patched holes with tape and brought the bike to this location. Albert, the Assistant manager, started the return process but told me that he had either to patch holes (not only with tape) and charge me $5 or I should go to a Fedex Ground location miles away. What a great customer service and great customer experience... Fedex didn't take good care of the package and now they are asking me to pay for the holes they did. And now, my son doesn't have his present for his birthday. Thank you Fedex....

They've recently remodeled this franchise to be smaller, but it's better organized because shipping and printing operations are divided.Now you won't have to wait for all those slow shipping customers who forgot their grandmothers zip code, to zip in and pick up your child's poster print for science class.Parking is always difficult because you're sharing the lot with two giant box stores.The staff here is very competent and helpful.

Excellent service. Had a box 35 pounds. Took me 3 minutes, the person scanned it, gave the receipt, total time 3 3 minutes. No line at all.

Shout out to Josh and Henry really stepping up and helping out. Henry was friendly and knowledgeable from the start. He stuck around to make sure I had no questions with my project and what steps i would need to do so. A few minutes into it, got stuck when file format wasn't printing as it should...Josh stepped in; he helped me adjust the file, reprint, laminate and spiral bind. Appreciate you fellas, got what I needed and how I needed it with a great experience.

I don't normally write reviews but I needed to after what I witnessed. This crazy person was trying to ship something in a box that was damaged beyond repair, it was barely held together! The staff member kindly offered to put it in another box and this person lost it. They told him they would do it for free and still wouldn't calm down Started shouting and screaming cuss words at the staff. The manager got involved and ever so calmly handled and defused the craziness. The ridiculous customer was yelling and borderline spitting as they spoke and the manager stayed calm. Don't know what he said to calm him down but this person left their box and exited the store. These employees don't get paid enough to deal with this, especially the poor manager that took the blunt of that crazy customer's fury.
