I’m very disappointed with Emilio Robba’s customer service. They are very resistant to taking responsibility for problems that arise. I would avoid the Miami store.

Very poor customer service -- the Miami store doesn't follow up satisfactorily on products that are not up to standard.

Walked past one evening en route to our restaurant and saw gifts in the window for Christmas. Called to purchase over the phone to ship to DC but was back in MIA and happily picked up. Beautiful store...did not realize it wasn't fresh florals but beautiful artificial arrangements.
