First thing. We were met at the bank by a receptionist her name is Lina. Very professional and she provided us with shocking news for our efforts in visiting this bank. Lina was very nice and apologetic about our disappointment in arriving at this bank.Now here is my review on this particular bank. Once again this does not reflect on the support staff at this International branch.My wife and I traveled to this bank from Palm Coast Florida, 4 hour drive. With the intention of withdrawing a large sum of money from our Davivienda savings account I established in Bogota. To our disbelief and disappointment Lina told us Davivienda International Miami is not linked with Davivienda Colombia. They are two different entities. We could not access our money whatsoever. This is a total failure on Davivienda not properly advertising on their Davivienda International website. This bank only deals with large depositors and corporations with international dealings. Lina told us is we really wanted to access our Davivienda account from Bogota we would have to open an account in the Miami office. It is required to have a minimum deposit of $20,000.00 to open the account. Once the account is activated in Miami then they can link my Account in Bogota so I can transfer my money from Bogota to the Miami account. A Total ridiculous approach to accessing my money from my Davivienda account in Bogota.While we were there this morning talking with Lina two young men from Bogota arrived with the same intention as us. To withdraw money from their Davivienda accounts from Bogota.So be aware do NOT go to this bank thinking you will be able to make withdrawals from your accounts.

For those unfortunate clients that want to use their visa debit cards in the US or withdraw money from an ATM, this bank makes it harder or impossible to use it. I've been through multiple attempts with customer service in Costa Rica and in person at the bank and they just don't have a clue how to unlock the card and make it work. Extremely mediocre performance even though they are very pleasant to deal with. Apparently, they don't connect good manners with proficiency. I recommend you take your money somewhere else.

Davivienda, as other corporations, exists to make life of their clients, impossible, after they take their money of course. The online system does not work as other normal websites, they put all kind of impediments to people. What a pity!

I visited Davivienda the other day to check my account and all the staff was very polite and helped me with my online banking. They took me to a private room and the staff from customer service helped me to fix my online issues. I am very pleased and satisfied with their services.
