I really like the people who work at this bank. I usually go through the drive-thru but occasionally have to go inside to the lobby. Even when you KNOW they are busy, they say "hello" and smile. They are happy to answer questions and yet they move quickly and professionally. In these days where customer service seems to be a dirty phrase, these people are quite refreshing!

Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century. Online banking with them is garbage. Employees are clueless. I have had my last straw with them and finally decided to leave. There is no purpose in banking with them, if you’re looking for a small bank, go to a credit union. If you have an issue outside of working hours which is on the weekends and past 5 PM on weekdays, you were basically screwed. They are constantly blocking your transactions with no reasoning behind it.
