Mariela was super unprofessional!!! As soon as I walked in she looked at me with an attitude! Told me that my check was already cashed out . But it clearly wasn’t .. Now that I spoke to a higher ranked person. She acted like she don’t care about her job. Please TRAIN HER RIGHT !!! Almost called her out her name !!

Customer service sucks, I stood in line for 20+ minutes before I got assistance.... They never have more than 1 bank teller to assist the customers..... They need to hire more people.
