If I could leave one star I would. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge of BMW service, no service loaner if not purchased with Braman, and waited over 30 minutes to retrieve my car. Horrible service and poor communication!!

We took out a lease of a Mini Convertible on July 18, we had previously visited Braman fort Lauderdale and didn't have a good experience so we decided to head to Braman Miami. We were certain we had made the right choice making that decision as we had a great signing process and our Seller Fernando and Financial advisor Luis were both awesome. At the time of the signing we were promised Window tints, we've since had to make 4 appointments, The first was on us as we had to re-schedule but ever since every time we have had a horrible experience. Service staff is rude and inconsiderate, One of the times I showed up and they told me the appointment was for the day before so once again I had to reschedule, I was told the next appointment would be 9/8/2023. ( I asked for a confirmation email and never received one) Today I called to confirm as my appointment was supposed to be tomorrow and was told it was for 9/7/2023 which is today when I asked to reschedule they told me the next day available was 9/19/2023 to which I accepted as I had no other option, I have been waiting since 11 AM for my confirmation email and still have not received it. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy in the sales department and she was very nice and told me that I would receive a call from the service manager and even offered to call me back to make sure I was satisfied. About an hour later I received a call from Kathy but I had still yet to be called by the service manager. Eventually my mother received a call from someone who didn't mention their name or position and the only point she was making is that they sent a confirmation email which we never received, she even told my mom that she should just wait until the first maintenance to get them done like everyone else. During the conversation the person was using overtly endearing terms to use in a professional setting such as "mi Corazon" (my heart in Spanish) to which my mom said please don't call me that, they then proceeded to say "call sales" and hung up, as I mentioned the person never mentioned their name or position but if that's the type of respect that a service manager of a luxury dealer gives their customers then it explains why we have been having trouble with the service department. After hearing this I called Braman and asked to speak with the GM to which the person I was speaking reluctantly said she would transfer me to him, I heard the hold music for about 15 seconds then clearly heard the phone being picked up and hanged up. I have called 3 times after that and I can't even get hold of someone now they just pick up the phone and hang up. Besides the lack of respect and professionalism of some of the people we've interacted I find it ridiculous that such a BIG dealer as braman which represents prestigious brands like Bugatti, Bentley, Rolls Royce and others doesn't have an in-house tinter and can't get one to come in in under two weeks. Since the car was purchased Miami has not gone under 80 degrees and the UV index reaches 10 or higher everyday, this has posed complications as my mom has skin problems and driving in an un-tinted car in this climate is very harmful for her. After the car was driven out of braman our experience has been anything but good. THINK TWICE.

It's always a wonderful experience having my car serviced here. Maruf, the service advisor, is an exceptional problem solver and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I encountered an issue last year when my new car was damaged by a valet, which left me quite upset. However, Maruf Muchallan and Agustin Falcon went above and beyond to resolve everything smoothly. Their dedication ensured my car was restored to perfection.During the period when I owned my M6, which was covered by a third-party extended warranty, every service and repair were executed flawlessly. For my M5 and M4, both covered by factory warranties, there was zero hassle and stress. I would simply leave my car, receive a nice loaner, and let the team handle the rest. Thanks to Maruf, every service was not only hassle-free but also an enjoyable experience.

I purchased my dream car from Braman - was super excited and pleased about it. I did only get one car key - so I had to go back for the spare. I then had a collision occur, and wanted my car to go to Braman to get repaired. They did not begin ANY work on my car for 44 days. And was very casual about being backed up. I am a mother of a 12 month year old and have now been without my car for 52 days and am being told it will be another MONTH or so before it gets completed. I have been shown zero compassion, and am being openly told that mechanics are being sent to work on other projects throughout the process. I am extremely disappointed with the service and length of time. If it was parts needed I would understand, but that has never been the issue communicated to me. My car is not a priority for them and they have been paid in full for the repairs. Should it be a Ferrari or Bentley maybe I would have received better faster service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED unless you can go 3 months without one.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went there to get my car maintenance and Jorge Dominguez helped me. I was there with my toddler and had to pick my two other kids from school. He was very understanding and got my car serviced quickly. He was very kind and helpful and I would recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle was in their possession since January 2023 for minor repairs. They unfortunately ended up saturating my interior with water, so they provided a free service to remove mold spores and provided some warranty services.I received my car back from the dealership last week, upon drop off I notice scratches and dings all over the vehicle exterior.I notified the dealership and they told me they could repair it. They keep delaying this further and I've lost all faith in this dealership.I would like the damage to be repaired by a 3rd party at this point as they are failing to respond or remedy the situation in a timely manner.I was to bring in the car for inspection today, they asked me to wait to do so because they lacked loaners.As of today, they cannot inspect the car because my service advisor is off and they do not have any loaners.They escalated the case internally once more in hopes to get me a loaner, but I am now seeking outside Counsil in this matter.

These guys are a total scam everyone from Jomar to Gus the manager I bought the tire replacement plan and they will not honor it. They are saying my tires are not covered. They don’t return txt or voicemails. They want to stick you with a big bill.

I went in for a routine recall on something fairly minor for which there was no charge. When they called to tell me the car was ready they said everything else looked fine except that I needed new air filters for the engine and cabin. Hello, I bought those and replaced them myself that more than eight weeks ago so they are clearly not in need of replacement. I think that Braman just tells everybody they need it, whether they need it or not. That is not good customer service.

Horrible service. Don't let them repair your vehicle if you need it done quickly. They drag it out and charge you for the "LOANER". It is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. They tell you there is a loaner then they send you to a rental agency onsite to get a loaner. YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE READY AS PROMISED. Meanwhile, they are charging you for the loaner. They have a mutually beneficial arrangement the rental agency that is not disclosed to you as the consumer.BEWARE OF THE CROOKS IN THIS DEPT. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CONTACT NORMAN BRAMAN.

Had always serviced my cars here. No more. Brought one of our cars that had an alert on because of a manufacturer recall related to the BSD system. They replaced the part. I pick of the car and one day later the alert comes back on. I take it back and the service tech (without even looking at the car) tells me it must be something else and that I need to pay $250 for a diagnosis. Untrustworthy people with terrible customer service.

I had my car serviced at Braman and was pleased with the work on my car and the staff as well. They paid for a LYFT to allow me to go home and come back after service and recalls were completed.

Amazing customer service, polite, professional and helpful all the way around. Although the parking lot is very small and general parking is difficult to come by, the staff was helpful in providing instructions on a safe parking spot. The entire property is very well maintained, plenty of exterior lighting with clear walking paths. The parking area is clear of any trash. Walking into the office area for service it was easy to find assistance. The staff took careful notes of the ongoing issues with our car and explained in a fair amount of detail the steps the car would undergo inorder to properly identify the problem. The sales representative was careful in explaining what we should expect as well as the amount of time it would take the tech. The onsite loaner car service was quick and efficient in getting us back on the road. The rates are comparable to other service centers. Highly recommended. Definitely will return for any future work.
