This review is for Ahmad my car salesman. I live in Oregon and purchased a car from this dealership in Florida. It was a challenging process at times given the time difference and distance but he made the experience best it could be! He was very understanding and patient even in the times that I was getting impatient and frustrated with the process taking longer (which is a given buying out of state). He always responded quickly and was a great communicator. I am very appreciative of all the work he put in to make the deal happen and continued to help throughout the grueling process of finding a driver to transport it across the country. I received my car yesterday and love it! Will update if I run into any issues in the future but am very happy and pleased as of now!

This dealership refuses to honor the Honda pass complimentary maintenance for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles. They are insisting the oil maintenance life % must be below 15% but the Honda service manual recommends a oil change every 7,500 miles and tire rotation every 3,000-10,000 miles it would be impossible to rotate your tires and change your oil at an appropriate time bringing the car in only when it hits below 15%. Oscar Torres is very rude and disrespectful did not want to help me at all or even give me his name. He told me to contact Honda and have them email him if they approve the oil change and when I asked for his name he got aggressive saying why do you need my name… obviously to have Honda contact him he was not offering any solutions
