Worst branch ever!I have over 500k in this bank.I went for a simple withdrawal and ask the manager NIO for some questions and this guy had the nerve to tell me be quiet! I reply to him and he decide to not doing my transaction and send me to a different branch .Manager Nio need to learn costumer service with vip clients . This guy really made me think to go to a different bank!

Only 3 bank tellers working on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. I was in line for over an hour. I genuinely do not understand why they can't either 1. Work faster or 2. Hire an extra bank teller. Isn't fair that just because the bank is in an under-deserved area of miami they don't put the customers time and needs first.
