While visiting restaurant supply store earlier today ,I stopped by Am chef. I was with my (84yo) father a 55 year grocery store owner who also owns and equipts multiple restaurants.. When walked in to browse ,the young lady finished with her customers and never budged to ask how she could help. We approached her to explain what were in search for, she responded well we only sell commercial grade products. We explained what we needed again and she responded "we don't have any Walmart type brands here" . She asked if this was for our kitchen at home and then we explained we own restaurants. I was upset but saved face because my dad,an elected official in Dade county and business owner missed her comments because of his hearing aids. But I would just say ,never judge your customer. Treat everyone equally when they walk into your establishment. I really think we would have gotten better treatment at Walmart

Amechef from now on is my preferred option when it comes to getting restaurant equipment. I've been researching and organizing my budget for my startup restaurant. And I am so relieved that Annemarie was there to help and orient me through my options. She asked me all the necessary questions to make sure that the equipment had the right measurements and voltage based on my local. Besides, she compared several suppliers as my options... Atosa is the way to go! They followed up with me, and delivery was fairly quick. Overall, I am very pleased and I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Annemarie for your great attitude and willingness to help ? We would love to have you as a customer as well once we open!

Came all the way from Naples in need of a new griddle & stove.Annemarie was very helpful from the moment we stepped inside the building.She gave us various options to accommodate our budget and she efficiently made necessary changes as we removed and added items.Communication was great. I order an spiral mixer and it was too small and spoke the sales person Claudia and was able to work out a return and explain to her what we needed but unfortunately I still received the wrong equipment and now they want me to pay a restocking fee which is over $1000 if it was my fault I wouldn't mind but when I try to speak to get this resolve the manager was very rude and not helpful at all.Very disappointing and will not order from them again.The problem here was we trusted the sales person as we explain to here what we need and she said that was the correct equipment I would noy order from you againThe problem here
