I ordered a pair of sneakers at the end of December and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for them to arrive. 3 weeks later I called to ask about the status and was told there was a delay and that soon. Called back multiple times until finally I was told they were having supply issues at the level of the manufacturer. Totally fine, wish I would have received a phone call explaining this but no big deal. Now it’s been over 2 months and I still have no sneakers and no phone call to explain what the status is or if they’re even coming anymore. I was super happy with the service in store, the person was super helpful and took the time to explain things to me which is why I chose to order them from here rather than straight from the manufacturer. But the customer service after that visit has been absolutely horrible. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for them ahead of time or I’d be more upset than I am right now. Would never go back, customer service is key and clearly they don’t care enough to provide it.

Great experience. Call and ask for Sebastian. Called several stores all over Miami and no one had what I needed. Sebastian took it upon himself to find exactly what I needed and get them for me next day. I was so impressed with his efforts that I cancelled my on line order and visited the store in Miami Springs to pick them up. I don't write many reviews but felt someone in the same situation could benefit from this. Great selection and very knowledgeable. I'll be back to pick up a pair for me soon! Thanks to Sebastian and company!

Couldn’t be happier to have this shop in the neighborhood. The owners couldn’t be friendlier and have stocked their shop with quality products that causal and competitive runners and cyclists need. It’s important to support your local shops, especially ones that offer their items at good prices. I’m also excited at the prospect of them having some small bike repairs. A wonderful addition to the community!

Found this store near to the airport and decided to go shop around during a few hours of lay over and it was a great decision let me tell you, the store is very well sorted and the attention is absolutely great.Sebastian helped us out and one can tell the passion he has for helping others in finding the right fit on accessories that will help with your physique goals…Definitely the best sports store in Florida if you’re looking for quality and great attention!
