First time here to drop off a pre-paid package. It was around 2:50 pm. on a Tuesday. There were no lines. Just one customer. Very quiet. It is hard to believe compared to other post offices close to this area. I wish it was closer to my home.The postal lady was very pleasant and friendly. She handled the process professionally, and I was out in a couple of minutes.Parking was on the street, but it was right in front of the post office. Free parking. I will try to stop by here more often to do my mailing errands.

The Post Office in Miami Shores, Florida, is very convenient. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I won't hesitate to come back for any postal needs I may have.

I put a star because otherwise they won't allow me to send my opinion, for me the United States Postal service is the worst, I don't know if the problem is in Miami or is general, but packages get lost, you get tired of calling and complain and it is for pleasure, they do not solve any problem. Pure numbers of cases and no solutions. They must hire professional and reliable personnel. I am very disappointed in USPS

I usually love this post office because it's convenient to drop off ad my packages are scanned in within one day however lately my packages have not been scanned in on time or correctly. I walked into the store today and WENDY was at the counter assisting a woman of fair color and she treated her well myself and another woman of color didn't get the same treatment she wouldn't scan my packages she told me take them elsewhere all because a few of them was kinda messed up I had no problem with reading her the number WENDY treated me terrible told me this would take to long and she tossed a few of my packages which are jars with liquid content I them for my clients. Wendy was asked who's her postmaster and she told me go to north Miami because she doesn't know she's working alone and she did not want to do her job! While I understood being short handed it was only me and Wendy in the establishment I am very disgusted at her behavior and I will be taking this further to cooperate WENDY IS VERY CONFIDENT THAT SHE WILL NIT GET FIRED FOR BEING A TRUE RACIST TOWARDS MYSELF AND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL shame on you USPS for having people like this working to serve a community. I will also be posting the video footage to all my social media platforms this has to stop somewhere!

I go out of my way to specifically use this post office. Workers are friendly and I haven’t had an issue in all the years I’ve been visiting this location.

One star is for the management of this USPS. I want to say Wendy is a rock star. 10 stars ⭐️ for Wendy who worked 07/31/23 She worked the office all alone. She deserves a raise and extra vacation days. It’s unsafe to leave one person in a USPS working alone let alone making it slow for customers.Customer had a critical issue with a money order which obviously needed to take precedent and the line just keep growing. She tried to multi task best she goodHope our usps take a the issue of protecting their workers a bit more seriously and get proper staffing for people who serve the up public with patience and dedication. Also kudos to the good humans I. Line who didn’t get rowdy and had empathy for Wendy.

If you're from the area then you know our only options for usps are the one on Biscayne and 145th and the little river location. Both are atrocious. I won't get into why. This post office here on NE second ave is truly a little gem. The workers are always polite and helpful. Kindness goes a long way here! Sandra, one of the usps workers, is truly a sweetheart and cares for her customers.

Avoid at all cost! We all know how USPS customer service is, but this location is the worst of all of them. Do not miss a passport appointment by 10 min, you will be yelled at and kept you waiting to tell you to reschedule because the person did not wanted to help even if ask that I could wait for when everyone is done!

Only one person working. It was a rude, grumpy, old guy with a grey hair/beard. Wipes his nose and doesn't even clean his hands or use sanitizer. Just a negative attitude for no reason. This post office needs better customer service. I asked him if the QR code included a packing slip and he said "I don't know what that is".

Smells horrible in here. Seems like they’ve haven’t sweeped or moped this place in years amidst of COVID. It’s extremely dusty, dirty, and stuffy. My eyes burns when I enter this post office.
