“First time here to drop off a pre-paid package. It was around 2:50 pm. on a Tuesday. There were no lines. Just one customer. Very quiet. It is hard to believe compared to other post offices close to this area. I wish it was closer to my home. The postal lady was very pleasant and friendly. She handled the process professionally, and I was out in a couple of minutes.Parking was on the street, but it was right in front of the post office. Free parking. I will try to stop by here more often to do my mailing errands.”

“The lady, who works at this location, I believe her name is Rose, is exceptionally great. I had a few bulk shipments to make and she helped me a lot. I went to other USPS locations, but this so far is the beat in terms of people attitude and desire to help.”

“Usually have a good experience here...Renee is excellent and really friendly. There was another teller, Stephanie, who seemed like she was either having a bad day, or didn't know how to do her job because she couldn't answer some basic questions I had about the difference between Priority and a Certified Receipt...she kind of had a thousand yard stare and seemed really checked out...a shame, considering that everyone else there is lovely & really helpful.Recommend this post office, just avoid Stephanie and make sure to go to one of the other tellers.”

“A male worker who unfortunately I went to on my turn at the post office not only did he not help me he threw a packaging tape impossible to open with no assistance as I was unfamiliar also with closing the boxes I needed to send overseas. No help at all n then he disappeared without even excusing himself. The other slot was available so I went to her as the male clerk still had not appeared! She was a lovely female Latina clerk n she shared how expensive it would be to send to Europe but she could help me with the packaging n handed a complete packaging tape with cutting edge to me while the male clerk did not advise or offer any help n it was impossible to tear it open with my nails.I had another small box package to send within the usa n she was so helpful and kind and professional. Thanks to her I was able to send what I needed and left as a satisfied customer.”

“The service at this satellite post office is great, the woman that works here is kind but once it left the building, the story changed to a disgraceful one. I sent a PUMPKIN PIE to Ohio and here's the results for our wonderful postal services, THANKS GUYS. Do you see the beautiful pumpkin pie picture - how it was sent, and the rest was how USPS TREATED THE SHIPMENT OF THE PIE. this is a disgrace and all people responsible should be fired for these actions. Be very afraid before you send fragile items in the mail because they don't care even slightly. My package was sent with stamps all over the box that read fragile & perishable, but still was destroyed. I wish you luck out there, may you be the lucky one & your shipments get to the location sent too in one piece. Thank you USPS for all of your destruction capable employees you hire.”

The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Whether I had a question about shipping options or needed help finding the right packaging for my items, they were always there to offer expert guidance and support.Overall, I can confidently say that this post office is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. “Lines are always long but wow the customer service is always amazing here. I had a complicated package and it was near closing time. Ingrim went above and beyond to help me. And I didn’t just get special treatment, she really was like that with all of the customers. So helpful, efficient and was doing multiple things at once all while making it look easy.”

“It’s a post office, obviously there’s going to be a line, but if you do your due diligence prior to coming you’ll find yourself with your package sent and a pleasant interaction with staff. Don’t be mean or frustrated with them and you’ll find everything will go much smoother, I promise!!!”

“It's a very small post office that shares office space with another office business. I just wanted to drop off a letter and there was no mailbox anywhere, just a counter where you wait to get service. It is located in a small plaza with limited, narrow, cramped parking spaces. Let's just say I hope my letter does get mailed out.”

“Great customer service .. spoke to a guy named John about an issue I couldn’t straighten out and he called me back after talking to the mail carrier .. he’s amazing. If you have any mail issues , this is a great guy and so helpful !”

“I have only had one problem here and that was the delay shipment of a time-sensitive parcel. Other than that the older woman who works there is friendly and willing to help with no other issues since. This post office is in a college campus bookstore so you can't expect every single aspect to be included that regular, full-service post offices offer.”

“all of the bad reviews on here come from the incompetent people of miami who dont know how to wait in line, you dont know how to send mail or package anything its 2023 you'd think older people would know how to send a damn letter since no less than 20 years ago phones didnt even exist and sending letters was more common, also if you dont know english thats your own problem the women working at this post office are nothing but respectful and do their jobs if you cant put a stamp on a letter that just shows youre ignorant and the comments on here are also straight up racist leave these women alone they do their job and i have had plenty of altercations with rude customers who completely cut the line too youre a grown person! wait in line like the rest of us! its not hard to send a package you just expect everything to be handed to you bc youre stupid go back to school maybe and learn how to send a letter maybe get off your phone too and learn english too instead of fighting with the women who work here many hours standing up all day”

“A busy post office in a prime location. Of course, sometimes USPS locations can be difficult… but with that being said, I’ve seen (first hand) more rudeness and entitlement from customers than I’ve ever once experienced from the staff at this location. Say please and thank you and see how far it gets you!”

“Love the associate who helped me today, I had no issue. The neighborhood has nothing to do with the service, whomever the young lady is with braces who works on the left end of the post office was a pure angel. She helped me and I’m from NC, I vented how I don’t like the dirty and ghetto places here in Miami. She apologized for my experience and she has no idea how she made my day. Anywho I’m giving 5 stars based off my experience on 7/14/23❤️”

“They should put more staff to work and the correspondence that is in the pioboxes cannot be picked up outside of post office hours. It doesn't seem good to me since I am paid for my correspondence and I can pick it up when I return from work. That is my opinion.”

“This USPS is the only USPS I ever wanna go to! I know the place needs remodeling and maybe more people to take your packages, but I have to say that the wait in line was totally worthy.People who work here has such a positive attitude and are so proactive. I never know how to do anything when it comes to sending a package. Well they gave me detailed instructions on how to do it and also, the smart way to do it to take advantage of those hidden promotions. The best part, I didn't have to feel bad about making people wait extra time in line. They put me aside so that I would organize my packages and they took another client in the meantime, of course, she kept an eye on me to make sure I was doing it right. As said, this is the only USPS I ever wanna go to”

“Both times that I went there I was treated nicely with no attitude or anything. I've been there on a weekend and on a weekday I was attended by 2 different ladies and both were nice and helpful.”
