I’m writing this review as a concerned family member of a patient who has been seeing Dr. Livingstone. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Dr. Livingstone does not seem to take my loved one's health or mental well-being seriously. Despite repeated visits and clear signs that more attention was needed, he dismissed our concerns and failed to provide the care we expected.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to see someone you care about not receiving the attention they deserve from their doctor.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Dr. Livingstone. It’s clear that he does not take the health or mental well-being of his patients seriously. During my visits, I felt dismissed and unheard, as if my concerns were not important. When I brought up issues related to my mental health, they were brushed aside without any meaningful discussion or advice.
I believe a doctor should show empathy and understanding, but that was not the case here. I left each appointment feeling more frustrated and anxious than when I arrived. I would not recommend Dr. Livingstone to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares about their patients' overall well-being.

Dr. Livingstone is extremely unprofessional and rude at least when it comes to my health inquiries and concerns. Her staff are nice but her as a doctor she's trash. She didn't take my concerns serious a s a patient. It's sad that you have people like her in this profession. Always be your own advocate as it relates to your health.

I cannot recommend Dr. Keri Livingstone. She's way too happy to prescribe pills, like way too happy. She barely asked any questions and actually gave me an incorrect diagnosis...twice! No way am I going back to her! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Dr. Livingstone is my children's pediatrician as well as my primary doctor. We love the staff and Dr. Livingstone. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and takes time to listen to her patients. At my first physical exam, she listened to my complaint of high blood pressure despite being young and healthy and not overweight, and she was able to order the right tests and successfully diagnose me with Conn's disease which was cured with surgery. Thanks to her I no longer have high blood pressure!

I have been a patient of Dr. Livingstone for about 15 years and I have always loved the homely feeling that I get when I enter the office. The staff is personable and professional and Dr. Livingstone never rushes the process. My husband as well as my three kids are also patients of hers. Each visits to her office is well worth the commute from West Pembroke Pines to Miami Shores!

Dr Livingstone has been my family’s doctor for the past 7 years and we absolutely love her and her staff. Dr Livingstone is very professional and gives excellent medical care. One of the things that I like most about her is that she listens and takes time to care for her patients properly. I’m very grateful to Dr Livingstone and her staff for the care I have received over the years, I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.

After misdiagnosing me with a alpha 1, she did not notify me that I was no longer a patient. She then referred me to the ER twice and since she was the primary on my insurance card, they kept releasing me to her care. I called for an appointment and since she deactivated me as she sent me to the ER, I was told that I would be treated like a new patient and she wasn't accepting new patients. I was still willing to work with her, but I guess she is too embarrassed because she destroyed my life with a misdiagnosis. Every other medical professional I tell this to says she must be only about the money and since I was healthy and not seeing any doctor (honestly scared to because of her misdiagnosis) I now can't find a primary physician. She's unprofessional in every sense of the word. Do yourself a favor and don't go to her for you or your children because the stress will literally give you a heart attack, ask me how I know.

Did not provide notice that she was no longer treating my child. Was very unhelpful during the transition process of finding a new doctor. Very dissapointed in the care and treatment.
