* Attention customers: defective laundry machine and their Poor service cost me double price and time*
The laundry machine was running well . I paid, add the liquid soap and softener. After 30 minutes I returned to the laundry and I found the laundry machine stopped, my clothes soaked with foam, and water. I asked the lady maybe the machine stopped in between and my clothes aren't washed. But she insisted I have to pay again and insisted I am not allowed to change to other machine, keep saying the machine doesn't have any problem. Finally I managed to change my clothes to other laundry machine and pay again and wast another 30 minutes. Also the trolly they have are very old and full of rust, hard to push them.

I want to responsed to your response, but it's not allowing me to do that, that's why I decided to do it here.
Unlike you said it because of excess soap, that's not the case, I add the right amount of soap and softener. Rather it seems the machine stopped while it was washing, because it never rinse and spin the clothes, because when it was too wet, water was dropping in the machine and floor when I was moving it to other laundry machine . Also it was only 3 white clothes, I thought the fewer the clothes the easier to wash, rinse and spin it. As a customer now I know my responsibilities, I should never go back to your laundry ?

Update 2024. We'll the owners have changed again. And these owners are just as bad. I'm here now and they are out of quarters! How in the world does that happen at a laundry mat. All you use are quarters all day. How do you run out. And the owner is not here but on her way! Its ridiculous!I've been coming here for a few years. It has changed owners and so with that the prices on the machines have changed. Its not to terrible. But the cleanliness have definitely gone down. New machines that I swear doesn't give enough water to wash your clothes. You barely see the new owners. The old ones were always there and I got to know them. I guess for what it is, its not that bad.Update: These new owners are horrible!! The place is falling apart, but the prices keeps going up. I was there yesterday and the floors were filthy. The washing machine price has gone up 75¢ but not the time to wash. While the dryers are not hot which will require you to put in more money to dry your clothes, the dryers are constantly breaking down. They spent money putting TV's up on the wall but can't keep the floors clean. I don't need to watch a movie, I don't need to feel like if my clothes fall on the ground I have to wash it all over again. It's ridiculous!!

I have a concern every time I pay for the application it takes extra money from me today Sunday 12/17 I went to wash and took dryer # 3 and it took 15 dollars when it only had to take 0.30 cent please if the owner of the londri sees this message please because it is not my first time thank you

They have good washing machines that use a lot of water that makes the foam grow as most people like. Plus you don't necessarily have to pay with coins because they have an app that works to activate the machines. Just point out that they have very few baskets to store clothes. and having other facilities nearby, very often there are machines that stop and customers do not show up to pick up their clothes.
