I didn’t know where to go to fix my car and was recommended to wrecked collision by a friend. They did a great job fixing my car and I am satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend!

3 ,5 months waiting ,And they did not do supplemental submit on time.My car was not programmed now on I have to find programing person and painting is very bad quality.Owner never replied you .And this is corvette usa local cr that they said the parts is back up order.i found myself the part and handle them to finish my car .Worst experience in my lifeXuma motors .They return the car was not finish after 3,5 months waiting .Completely unsatisfactory.I will go and see my attorney.Shame on you .

Best collision shop hands down !!Words can’t explain how satisfied I am with this company it has repaired my 2015 dodge charger like brand new 100% I recommend!!

I had my car taken here twice to get fixed after getting into two accidents. I am extremely happy with the services provided with my vehicle. Letty was very helpful with the process. Emily’s customer service was on point ! She answered all my calls when I called for an update. I definitely recommend this body shop for your repairs ! 10/10

Recently had a car accident in Miami and was totally stressed about my yellow Lamborghini Urus. I called AutoResQ and they were amazing. Sent a tow truck to pick up my car right away and handled the insurance claim for me. They took my car to their auto body shop and not only fixed it up but also did some upgrades I wanted. Everyone there was super nice and honest about everything. Really made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them if you’re ever in a car accident!

Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with my experience with the shop. Frist they didn't disclose that the only method of payment that they accept is Zelle, Cash or Check. For a body shop to not accept credit card, I think is absolutely absurd. But, for them to not inform the customer of that from the beginning is even more ridiculous. I also had to constantly be on top of them to get an update on my car's progress because they kept pushing the deadline back and I needed my car for my trip. However, Chris who was in charge of my car was polite and did answer my calls whenever I needed an update. When it finally came time to pick up my car and make the payment, I was upset when they informed me that I couldn't pay with a credit card because its not something I was made aware of and for the new manager Emanual, to tell me that "Its my responsibility to have that kind of money knowing what my deductible was". I don't think its professional for a manager to tell a customer that they are expected to have $1k lying around when most people use their credit cards for such payments. He also kept telling me that there are a lot of changes he would like to make. I will NOT RETURN to this shop to see "such changes" made.

I would give AutoResQ auto body shop a 10 star but I can only give 5. There are other shops in the area but AutoResQ got me what I was looking for and I am so happy with the support and service the whole team provided. I will come back again if needed. I have full confidence and trust with them. A job big or small. A busy hard working crew. Thanks for all your hard work and fairness to your customers.
